SUMMER CAMP!

Holidays of the Year (ages 4 and up)

Single Day rates available, $75/day plus tax

Kids get to experience holidays of the year in this wacky end of summer celebration! Christmas, Thanksgiving and Halloween…. all rolled up into August! Candy Cane pancake art designs, downhome family-style apple pies, creepy hot dog mummies and SO MUCH MORE…kids will come home with new holiday games, crafts, recipes and traditions for you to enjoy all year long!

A FEW SCHOOLS ARE STILL OUT FOR SUMMER!

By request we have opened an additional LATE CAMP week for those who need us! Kids will explore crazy kitchen science experiments while making their own breakfast, lunch and snacks. 

Camp Hours :

SHORT WEEK...ONLY 3 days! 

AUG 8, 9, 10

 9am – 3 pm 

(no exteded care available)

DAILY RATE:

$75 per day plus tax

 

 

Kids cook their own breakfast, lunch and snacks, desserts, make drinks, enjoy gardening, guest visitors with treats, science experiments, indoor/outdoor games and have great fun with friends!

Kids bring blankets and pillows for carpet time and enjoy a mini cooking class as they make their dinner, desserts and snacks with our teachers!

Beginner Cooking Class for Kids

FALL SESSION
Ages 7-10

Local Chefs and cooking instructors take older kids through a detailed course of beginner culinary skills including:

-       introductory knife skills

-       measurements and conversions

-       sanitary food handling practices and proper equipment cleaning

-       herb /spice / ingredient identification

-       palette expansion

-       first-aid in the kitchen

…and MORE in a detailed and deliberate practice setting.  

THIS CLASS IS LIMITED TO 15 STUDENTS ONLY

As a team, or individually, students will make a dish to sample in each class.


MONDAY nights, 5:30 - 7:30pm 

Fees:

$165/month (4 classes) plus tax

 $45 plus tax one-time "Try It"  rate

 

 

STUDENTS CAN JOIN ANYTIME (tuition may be prorated if joining mid-quarter)

To prevent confusion regarding varying numbers of weeks in each month, or holidays when our office is closed, we group our classes and tuition into blocks of 4 classes per payment.

Tuition is charged as described in blocks of classes following this schedule:

AUGUST First Quarter Payment 1, due at time of registration or August 1st. (covers 8/16, 8/23, 8/30 and 9/6)

SEPTEMBER Second Quarter Payment 2, due September 1st.(covers 9/13, 9/20, 9/27 and 10/4)

OCTOBER Third Quarter Payment 3, due on October 1st.(covers 10/11, 10/18, 10/25 and 11/8) NO CLASS Nov. 1

NOVEMBER Fourth Quarter Payment 4, due November 1st. This is a reduced payment as it includes only 3 classes.(covers  11/15, 11/29  and 12/6)

Designed for people with special needs!

Ages 10 - ADULT (Developmental Levels)

Students cook, assemble and enjoy a different recipe at each class.  (dietary restrictions can be accommodated)

Led by Certified Para Professionals, this class practices:

Kitchen safety

Independent life skills

Social skills

Cooking techniques

 

 

 

 

Thursday nights

5:30 – 7:30 pm

Young Adults ages 10 through adult, divided into peer groups.

 

Monthly Tuition: $165 plus tax ($179.35)  

Includes full meals and drinks.

(per 4 weeks, charged before the 1st of each month)

Parents, and aides are welcome to stay if desired.
