Weekly classes led by local chefs, restauranteurs and cooks teaches kids ages 10 and up kitchen safety, knife skills and more. This course is designed for the serious student ready to excel in the culinary realm and focus on specialized skills.

Sessions are offered throughout the year, Students bring their own 8-inch chef knife, knife roll and chopping boards. Sessions end in a Showcase Dinner for families featuring the kid's own menu selections.
