Join us for a family-inclusive cooking workshop!

Learn a few skills to bring back to your kitchen with the kiddos. This is a patron/child participation event, kids musty be at least 5 years old to participate (for safety) but t's NOT JUST for the little ones...teens love to join us too!

Fees:

$40 per parent/child pair (plus tax)

Includes dinner, dessert, beverages and recipes, private coaching with our personal chef and a great time!

$15 each additional child (plus tax)

$20 each additional adult (plus tax)

Advance payment required to secure seating, please contact us to reserve.

Dietary restrictions can be accommodated with advance notice and possible added fee to cover specialty supplies.

 Advanced  Culinary Arts,  for ages  10 - 18.

(They can be beginners as well...each table is grouped according to skill)

This weekly 2-hour class is led by professional teaching  chefs and restaurateurs. This course is for the serious student ready to excel in the professional realm and focus on specialized skills. Detailed curriculum reflects the ServeSafe certification course and National Culinary Arts Institute advanced lesson topics. Students create and enjoy a dinner entree and a dessert to enjoy at each class..so dinner is covered!

Seasonal sessions (3 months each) are offered throughout the year and culminate in a showcase dinner event. Students participate in a timed test to cook an original meal served to parents at an elegant dinner!

Mondays OR Tuesdays, 5:30 – 7:30 pm


Tuition:  

$ 165 / month or $45 drop-in 

(plus tax)

Includes all gourmet meals, desserts, drinks and professional instruction with our certified chef.

Re-create elegant dishes with what's left after holiday dinners! A practical and delicious experience!

Roasted Turkey Shepherd's Pie with pan-seared Creole Brussels sprouts flavored with bacon and tasso. Watch the berries burst in a simmering home-made cranberry sauce to fill delectable Cherry-Cranberry Hand Pies for a festive dessert! All pie crusts made from scratch!
