Advance Cooking Class for Kids
Local Chefs and cooking instructors take older kids through a detailed course of culinary skills including:
- knife skills
- measurements and conversions
- ServSafe food handling practices
- herb /spice / ingredient identification
- palette expansion
- first-aid in the kitchen
…and MORE in a detailed and deliberate practice setting.
THIS CLASS IS LIMITED TO 15 STUDENTS ONLY
As a team, or individually, students will make a dish to sample in each class.
(full meals NOT always provided due to the focused nature of the coursework)
Fees:$165/month plus tax ~ $45 plus tax drop in rate
