Cooking Class for Kids
Advanced Culinary Arts, for ages 10 - 18.
(They can be beginners as well...each table is grouped according to skill)
This weekly 2-hour class is led by professional teaching chefs and restaurateurs. This course is for the serious student ready to excel in the professional realm and focus on specialized skills. Detailed curriculum reflects the ServeSafe certification course and National Culinary Arts Institute advanced lesson topics. Students create and enjoy a dinner entree and a dessert to enjoy at each class..so dinner is covered!
Seasonal sessions (3 months each) are offered throughout the year and culminate in a showcase dinner event. Students participate in a timed test to cook an original meal served to parents at an elegant dinner!
Mondays OR Tuesdays, 5:30 – 7:30 pm
$ 165 / month or $45 drop-in
Includes all gourmet meals, desserts, drinks and professional instruction with our certified chef.
